Happy Days in Grinnell

Grinnell will be holding it's annual HAPPY DAY'S Celebration in Downtown Grinnell all day Saturday August 29th. There will be a Car show, Pedal Car/Pedal Tractor and Model Car Contest, Poker Walk, Live Entertainment, Inflatable Rides and Games, Stewart Library Book Sale, Arts and Craft Show, Movies in the Veterans Memorial Building and much more!!


The Grinnell Disc Golf Club and the waterfowl of Miller Park cordially invite you to participate in the Inaugural Goose Poop Open on Saturday, August 29, 2009, 11 a.m. at the Grinnell Disc Golf Course at Miller Park (East Street at Nyanza Drive).

All ages & skill levels welcome! Registration fees are $20 for 36 holes and $10 for 18 holes. You may only register the day of the tournament. Come to the Bikes to You tent at Happy Days in Central Park or register at Miller Park. We’ll have a players meeting at 10:30 a.m. prior to the tournament start. All participants will receive an exclusive tournament disc. There will be cash and prizes for tournament and division winners.
